Sound Physicians 🌐

Sound Physicians is a leading multi-specialty practice seeking to transform outcomes in the acute episode of care. We are a practice of choice because we focus on what matters most to our CRNAs: practice autonomy, professional growth, and ongoing leadership development. Our unique approach of using collaborative teams uses physicians and CRNAs to support the perioperative patient experience. Through team-based care, performance management, leadership development, a solid clinical culture, and mentorship, our CRNAs increase performance, quality, and satisfaction while caring for patients.

Sound CRNAs are encouraged and supported to work at their full scope of practice. We provide you with the tools to do what you do best – give the best patient care. Through performance management tools, leadership development opportunities, a solid clinical culture, and mentorship, our CRNAs can increase performance, quality, and satisfaction while caring for patients.

Clinicians at Sound can participate in Path to Partnership™, a career development program that recognizes alignment between the clinician and the organization’s performance goals. Benefits of Path to Partnership™ include productivity bonuses, increases in CME credits, and profit-sharing.

The Emerging Leaders track is for clinicians with an interest in leadership. Emerging Leaders, also known as EmLe, provides a 12-month program providing education on the principles and practices that define successful leadership. Our goal is to build influential leaders from within our organization.

When you join Sound, you will enter a community of leaders and clinicians that want to mentor, teach, and train you further. Sound CRNAs report directly to our Chief Anesthetist Officer, Andi Damron. Along with our other CRNA leaders, she is here to develop you to practice to the full scope of your license.
