The Emerging Leaders track is for clinicians with an interest in leadership. Emerging Leaders, also known as EmLe, provides a 12-month program providing education on the principles and practices that define successful leadership. When you join Sound, you will enter a community of leaders and clinicians that want to mentor, teach, and train you further. Sound CRNAs report directly to our Chief Anesthetist Officer, Andi Damron.
