Envision Job Shadow Program

The Envision job shadow program offers students who have not had clinical rotations at an Envision site opportunities to spend a day shadowing an Envision CRNA. Job shadowing provides students a chance to reflect on their own professional practice while seeing Envision’s values in action. The program provides a snapshot into the day-to-day life of an Envision CRNA, giving students much deeper insight into what Envision has to offer than they would receive from a job description or during a traditional job interview. While shadowing an Envision CRNA, students have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with all Envision teammates to see if a career with Envision is right for them.

Envision Global Health Initiative

Harnessing our collective passion for improving healthcare both domestically and abroad, we developed the Envision Global Health Initiative (GHI) to empower clinicians to improve health internationally. Many of our clinical teammates feel called to help care for communities in need outside of the U.S. However, there can be many challenges associated with securing reputable lodging, transportation, food, translator support and other necessities.
